Yeah, I've noticed that as well while playing ctf, lots of people whisper me "please dont kill me!! team!!" and stuff, they have a whole ecosystem of scrubs teaming to unfairly grind exp. (you get exp every time you capture a flag, the goal is to stop the enemy team from getting your flag, but noobs team up so they can just take the flag and not actually protect it) spoils the whole game for everybody who wants to do it fairly.
