[Help - Other] Weird lags

So recently, I've been facing some annoying weird ass lags in game...
like sorta delayed thingy; takes time till I get back to lobby, starting a game, taking meds...etc, tho I wasn't even spiking for players who are in my country...
but I was spiking so much for other players who aren't in my country, really weird.
Checked my net... it was kinda shitty, called my ISP for a better net and here are my new stable results:


My new net speed and upload speed is like x2 better than before; comparing to my previous net stats.
Yet, I still have them lags.
Reinstalled the game as well, restarted my router and still didn't work.

Your help will be highly appreciated.

considering i noticed you lied on your country frag and are actually from israel, id like to point out ive experienced these delays and lags too, regardless of my net speed. either there is a problem on gunz or something to do with internet services in israel.
i would suggest you try and see if the lags occur in any other game/application because gunz wasn't the only game for me.

if you want people's help the first step is not lying on where youre from. i wonder what internet provider located in "rosh haayin" is also located in the US.
like i said, all i can say about this topic is that youre not the only person experiencing these lags. me and a couple of other people have been feeling it aswell (and we're not using the same internet providers)

After talking to him:
used anydesk to connect.
Set up right dhcp serv static ip> dmz>
put pc on highest settings (win8)
deleted usseless shit>
deleted mcaffee viruscanner
enabled cleartyp.
installed newest drivers>
disabled autostart shit
installed Adblock
set up google dns
laptop is connected wired>100mb/s lan
network speed=9ping 40mb/s download
disabled qos / enabled no difference in modem.

Gave him a free windows 10 upgrade link.
However

The problem he's facing is that all downloads drop to a netspeed of 30kb/s (not just fugnz) regularly its a problem with his isp ore modem

Contact ur internet service provider you have a problem downloading any file your download speed get stuck at around 30kbs even using a download manager it doesnt go above 100kb/s we used multiple downloads so just contact them i think you just need a new modem.

BTW We didnt test if it was the internet cable it self

Test it with your wifi see if you get way better internet connection with just using wifi if so you might need a new internet cable.

Some islands just sux, no matter which r ur states. Philippines for example, they might have 1000x times better connection speed than me (6 Mb/s here, but I have played with 0,0043 Mb/s at igunz bef4, Modem if u know what it means, no problems at that time).
