Context:He was playing with high ping and he was spiking really bad; while these two factors were occurring, he was killing me with 3 maybe 4 shots for at least 3 rounds. I wasn't recording at that time, but when another player ( Don ) came in, he started playing really different then I started recording. Then when Don leaves, he goes back to this spiking super aim style. He could have just been predicting my movements, idk, so I'll leave it to you guys.

Edit: I forgot to add, he was using non-don shotguns.

Yeah you probably wont notice it because of his high ping, but theres like 4-5 rounds where his aimfix bugs out and redirect pellet to a dead body, the round I provided on my second reply to charms, for example.

I'm also pretty sure the user is bypassing a ban, check logs maybe? .
