Twitch streams keep buffering 24/7

Been having this problem for 3 days now, I am unable to watch any streams at all..
Things I've tried so far:

• Clearing Chrome cache
• Disabling hardware acceleration for Chrome
• Switch DNS servers

Speedtest;


Ideas on fixing that prebuffer (every 2-3 seconds) on 1080p60fps quality?

What about Chrome incognito, so without extensions (no adblock/bttv, etc).

I had this problem ± a year ago and it was caused by an extension.

Happens literally on every stream, it's not just a specific one.

This only happens on Chrome and on 1080?

Not only on 1080, 720@60 as well but when I click "Auto quality" it stops buffers but quality jumps from 240p up to 720p and keeps playing.

I've tried multiple browsers, some of them had no extensions so it's not uBlock or BetterTTV causing it.

Already checked it, Twitch changed their API's recently so that method doesn't work anymore (it's a useless extension).

Have you checked your ISP if they have been noticing anything at all?
I had this myself and my ISP actually changed something and reverted the change cause I wasn't the only one reporting that issue.

That's the last thing I haven't done so far but my providers have no idea how ports work and so on, would be pointless..
