Personally I would go with the untouched photo.. don't really like the tone on the retouched pic.
Also I would remove the plant, the sign and the boat and crop the picture a bit more..

Same reason I would go with the original one, the second one kinda ruins the picture with the soft colors, it looks too focused on soft colors while first one is not yet looks better.

Thanks for the feedback amigos. Yeah I agree the soft colours are a bit overbearing, it was a lot worse before, had 3/4 other versions where after I was done it looked wayyy too much this is more toned down, but I see I still need to work on that. The cropping wasn't really something I thought of but now that you mention it I got an idea of how it'd look afterwards, I'll crop it, rework it and post again soon.
