Close the programs which you dont need it , cheak your internet or try to restart your modem and ur PC.

This is also happening to me, any programs are closed, except GunZ. Actually, since the release of v8 I started to lag very hard (Everyone is floating, ping jumps from 20-5K but net is stable-don't really know what makes me lag) it was running smooth before, my lads are having the same problems as well.

Maybe your PC is low storage or something like that.
