You need more bounty to buy one, why should they make it to buy all in once? so that means u only needs 50000 for all gems.
You should play to get more gems that’s will be more fun.

You can hold down enter (confirm) and just double click. the enter will speed through all of the message boxes. Works for buying gems, opening and selling. But yeah being able to buy them like quest items would be good.
