[Help - Other] Cant seem to fix ping

Anyone know how to fix the ping from spiking so much? goes from 20 ~ 8500.
Never had an issue with any other fg versions.
I tried port forwarding, playing over WiFi or hard wired doesn't make a difference.
And today i cant even access servers..

Maybe something wrong with your router.
