Actually, the replay you provided does not really show if hes using hacks or not. the distance between you guys is immense which makes it almost impossible to see if hes hacking or not. however i thought i spotted a redirected bullet, after you killed him twice he rejoins and shoots those 2 fighting players you see a missed bullet redirect towards those 2 players.
I'm leaning towards a no unless someone can change my mind.
