I installed gunz again and now i have a problem my fps keep on 60.
normal i have 400-600 fps. my fps limit ingame says 300 so it's weird.
if i remove my power cable it jumps to 300 and then get back to 60 in some seconds, same with pluggin in the power cable. anyone have a suggest?

Check if there is any recording software that could be interfering with gunz running in the background

Seems to me that you have the energy saving mode turned on when your laptop is plugged in. Check your energy settings and make sure it's set to performance mode.
It's a terrible thing, I think, in life to wait until you're ready.
I have this feeling now that actually no one is ever ready to do anything.
There is almost no such thing as ready. There is only now.
And you may as well do it now. Generally speaking, now is as good a time as any.

Does your laptop have 2 GPU's? For example Intel and NVIDIA.
Maybe you're running FGunZ on the slower one.

If you just reset your notebook, did you make sure to install all drivers and the nvidia drivers?
