You don't have the map. Re-download.

maps are broken or you have something bad in your client re downloading the game may fix the problem....
EDIt maybe you don't have the map dungeon_caver2, if it happens with this map, then it's only that map that doesnt work, you said you tried with mansion, before retrying restart your client again and retry it should work, if not, then re download the game may fix the problem
