We should have a scrider avatar thats really expensive bounty-wise maybe 50m - 100m and have it a luck boost stat for the player to get a higher chance in legendary drops.

Or an extremely rare drop from scrider himself (with the same luck trait as you suggested) otherwise theres no point in calling it scrider set as you can get bounty in endless other ways.
