i been offline long time and i want to play again first the system problem and u solve it after 3 week and before 1 week ago i ask the leader to help me pm and there no response. they said 3 day business and you will replay your terms is shit anyway i lost all my items days just bc the new update,until the day i cant run the fking game i launch the app but there no widows to show up soo.... wtf guys you are the responsible for this shit i want also my items back after u solve this .

There have been many threads posted regarding this issue.
Have you tried running it as administrator?
Updated the drivers of your graphics card?
Tried deleting config.xml?
Added gunz.exe/launcher.exe of FGunZ to the exception list of your Windows Firewall, anti-virus, Windows Defender?
If you are running Windows XP, make sure you're running service pack 3.
It's a terrible thing, I think, in life to wait until you're ready.

i have no error's everything run good but there no screen game to show up after launching ,.

Make sure you're not running any unnecessary software that could block gunz.exe
In 9 out of 10 cases it's some Anti-Virus software (such as Windows Defender) blocking gunz.exe

If you are running Windows 10, go "Windows Defender Security Center" ---> "App and browser control" ---> "Check apps and files" ---> Turn it OFF
