Voices/Sounds Customization

would be nice if we had an option to toggle some sound stuff, adding new option pages to the sound options in the menu, for things that include but are not limited to;

- Toggling CTF announcer sounds (old and new, possibly more sounds)

- Toggling certain sounds on and off, besides just music and sounds (eg sword massive sounds...special weapons sounds (laser that should be re-added at some point, mayuri, etc))

-Be able to record your own MP3 sounds and place them in a desginated folder for the different things to make your own custom sounds for everything in the game

Ay, it's not Garry's mod, but there are plenty of things in the game to differentiate it from being Garry's mod.
I'm just asking for that regardless of whether it exists in other games I may or may not have ever heard of before, simply because I think it would be a nice addition and a lot of people will like adding that aspect of customization to their game-play.
