[Help - Other] Cannot access fgunz.net or patch client?

I am in the Military and recently moved to Japan, not sure if that is the reason for the issue.
I have FGunZ on my firewall approved list already.
I can access these forums and everything else BUT FGunZ.net and the patcher.

Okay the thing is, since the last time I played I joined the US Military and I'm now on deployment in Japan...
Which means that someone must have been here playing before I came here and got banned on this IP LOL...
Idk how to make a ban appeal about something I never did...?
Normally I have a US IP but since I'm overseas with my laptop my IP is different.
Unless this server has all Japanese IP's banned for some reason?
