As Legancy said in lmaolol1 post "The user is spiking frequently and even laggs out of the game sometimes.".
It was cause i pressed the F12 button to take screenshots of this guy.
that was clearly spikes. my net is stable as you can see with SeedGF And Beyondpower.

Well, since both of you are spiking from eachothers POV. i'm removing the warning added on your account and leave it with that.
It seems to be like a connection bug between you guys since both of you are stable to the other players in the room.
