I've played a bit and yea LBs are way to OP right now.
Reducing the damage by 1 (10 dmg) should be fine I guess.
No, Limitbreakers should be 11 dmg 1000 delay
Yes, Limitbreakers should be 10 dmg 950 delay
Yes, Limitbreakers should be 10 dmg 900 delay
