You always has problems with your launcher, Maybe there is wrong on ur Pc.
Do you try to reinstall?

Had the exact same issue for the past 2 days.

I did what some old ass staff Trencal posted on his thread in 2011. He said port forwarding hardly helps and to put 1 - 65835 as port forward instead of 7700 - 7800 would open more ports.
Well I guess it did because it seems fixed for me now.
Try that maybe ^^
