[Help - Other] Random FPS Spike/Stutter

As I'm moving around the map, every 20-30 seconds I get a random stutter on the screen for a split second, FPS Declining to 160-170 from a capped 250.
All hardware temps are fine, and able to play other games like PUBG with no issues. Also nothing has been changed settings wise on windows and in game.
Also this problem has only occurred today, which is quite strange. Any ideas would be much appreciated

Try enabling archetype and lowering all your settings.

try to set Effects Quality on it lowest? and don't have another program's open .
