Better Idea: instead of each round make it like in Counter Strike Global Offensive: Team Switch after playing half of the game. (if the game has 20rounds you switch the side after the round 10.)

If prefer every round switch since let's imagine the the public TDM is of 500 rounds, ain't nobody sitting around for 250 rounds for the spawn switch, plus Town 1v1s would benefit from round to round switches.
