    Suggestion type:
    Forum/FGunZ/Other

    Suggestion description:

As we all know the Clan war scene is basically dead, at the moment it's like this, every 2 weeks or so a new clan or 2 pop up, different name but same people, and they destroy anyone that attempts to clanwar.

People are not motivated to clanwar because they know this, it's like a new player joining a duel room, we all know the player will get 10-0'd, and people don't want that, they want to enjoy clanwaring, but with the current system, we can never see that happening, it's just dull.

So what I propose is to have a level system for the clans. It would be dependant on the win to lose ratio.

Depending on this ratio the clans will be divided into levels:

    Level A Clans - The top 5
    Level B Clans - Clans ranked 6 to 15
    Level C Clans - Clans ranked 16 to 25

....And so on and so forth, you get my point.

Clans of the same Level go head to head making clan wars more fair and more enjoyable for all the players.
Giving the chance for people of different skill levels the opportunity to actively participate in and enjoy this competitive area of the game.
Thus allowing more than just a handful of players to potentially win the clan war prizes available.

In my opinion this is the only way to revive the clan war scene, because Oldgens pros aren't going fall from the sky and come back to play, so might as well get the current community into clanwaring.

I like this reminds me of the guild system in World of Warcraft. The guild would level as players completed more guild achievements and quests. After hitting certain requirements and gaining enough exp they would level up to a max level of 25 and gain several perks a long the way.

That could be augmented for Gunz, certain quests and achievements could be made just like there is for getting 10k kills etc etc.

    1. CWing a total number of times
    2. Recruiting a specific number of people to the guild
    3. Getting duel streaks while being in a guild
    4. etc etc

The achievements can also be progressive such as you start off with streaking to 10, 20, 30, (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Plat, Diamond)

WoW also a had a guild shop after a guild reached a high enough standing you could purchase helpful items or vanity items.
In gunz that could be a guild set with the clans emblem displayed on the back of it. Including a clan sword and guns ? However that would be for a very high level clan of course.

Just some ideas feel free to add on.

Due to the lack of Clan War activity the top tier clans would eventually be unable to find a single clan war because of their ranking over others, forcing them to say remake the clan after every 5 wins just so they are able to find a match up.

    However there's things that can be done in regards to clan war points which would affect the clans, such as;

New clans are limited to 5 players, to increase the limit you need X amount of points.

Clans need to keep up their activity or their clan war points slowly decrease, if they decrease below the X amount of points required for their total amount of players then they we receive a message upon login saying X players have been remove from their clan due to lack of points.

In order to keep your clan open you must generate atleast 70 points weekly, you are a clan afterall, clans are meant to fight not be a social hang out.

i like the idee of the 70 points weekly, but i dont agree with the fact that clans are meant to fight.

if you have some buddies ingame you tend to make a clan with them to have your own group, and not only just to fight others.
the fighting other clans is more like a prestige which clan is the best. Some want to participate and some just want to hang out..

An idea like this has the potential to upset most of the current players, and make them quit. I don't think it's fair to say that clans are only meant to fight and not be used for general/social purposes such as chatting.

Even if clans, as you say, are only meant for competitive purposes—they don't necessarily have to be in the form of clan wars.

What if certain clans only wish to fight only in TDM rooms? For instance, clan TDMs or even general TDMs with mixed teams?

What about gladiators? It wouldn't be fair to deny them the right to having clans just because they can't CW.

What about questers? What would they do in order to form groups? A large portion of the community looks down on questers, but it'd be unfair not to consider them in the process of making these decisions.

But anyway, looking at the current player base and the amount of players, the only solution would be to give out frequent rewards in the form of coins or lucky boxes. A lot of players in-game either don't use the forum or don't know how to. Not everyone is aware of the $50 reward, nor is it being announced by the staff on a regular basis.

Moreover, consistently playing CWs for 2 weeks and maintaining a top rank isn't appealing to most current players, which is why you only see a few groups of players in CW. If small amount of coins or lucky boxes are rewarded on a frequent basis, depending on certain criteria, it may motivate more players to participate. You can already notice that behavior when players just stop doing what they're doing and flock to events to win EPs/coins (even if they are PvP events).

You're taking this game way too seriously. cw is dead cause every1 good switched servers cuz balance is ****ed here. honestly the damage done is too bad and admins should prob just focus on the questers and training room heroes they have left.
