    Hello,

Similar problem to this thread I previously made about the same issue:
    https://freestylersworld.com/showthr...hing-on-launch

Only this time, it is a freshly installed Windows 10. GunZ only works in Safe Mode.

    • I tried turning off my firewall and anti-virus.
    • I tried reinstalling Microsoft 2010 Redistributable.
    • I tried running GunZ launcher and the GunZ.exe in compatibility mode (Windows 7).
    • I tried reinstalling GunZ several times.
    • I tried a portable verison of Freestyle Gunz.
    • I tried running GunZ on another user account.
    • On [FAQ] Hints - Tips - Solutions - Everything you need! thread, I tried everything on sections 5 and 6.

    Startup programs:
    • OneDrive
    • Spotify
    • Spotify Web Helper
    • HD Audio Background Process
    • Windows Defender notification icon
    • Malwarebytes

No errors appear when launching. The loading screen for GunZ appears, but only for 1 second before it disappears.

1)Disable Malwarebytes from opening upon start up
    2)Restart computer
    3)Start fg launcher (as admin)

I am running the game client.

I now get another error report.

The update service is not responding or is not running right now.
    [Tip] Please check your firewall.
[Tip] Please try again after a while.

I allowed both the launcher and GunZ to run on both private and public firewall. I also disabled my firewall, and anti-virus (Windows Defender, Malwarebytes) completely.

After doing the above, I now get another error report.

Internet connection closed or this file is read-only: .\PATCH\system.fgz3_
[Tip] Please check your internet connection or delete this file.

    My internet connection does work.
I first unblocked the file, system.fgz3_.

This brings back the update service is not responding or is not running right now error report.

I then deleted the system.fgz3_ file.
The same error message above appears.

    No mlog.text file was generated.
