There is no difference between Drivers and other Programms.
All that is not Hardware is Software.
Can you touch Drivers? I dont think so.
Its not like i say everyone with a gamer mouse needs to be banned.
There is just no difference between macroing using a third party like ac or using the Mouse Driver.
And those who dont read the ToS/Rules dont realy deserve a second chance.
Because you have to Read and Agree with the ToS/Rules.
They are made so you know whats wrong and whats okey.
Saying "I didnt know that" doesnt saves you for punishment (Especially in Real Life).

To defend my position i will give an example.
So, you got a Game and you hack it with software
and you got another game with hacks in it (a feature of the game)

Understand it? Its almost the same thing - you have non-features (hack) and you have features. That mouse id s 3rd party hardware. Like a sound card - i guess it could be a 3rd party hardware that you don't need it but you have it.

Its Budled together with the Driver (the software itself).

Simple no tbh. You can bind certain actions to exra keys on the mouse through the config but being able to do more than 1 action such as "shoot, reload, shoot" is a macro so G_G

Shouldn't be allowed, gives players an unfair advantage and it's still classed as using a third party program.

Using other programs to gain advantage in FGunZ is forbidden, such as these binding programs.
