Download Process Explorer from Windows or something like TCPViewer I guess, or check the Firewall settings.
You could download WireShark as well, though I wouldn't say it would not compromise a system if its already vulnerable.
I am sure the server logs generated should give an indication. What that means is the administrators will fix your problems.
