User should receive a 48 hour mute, the flaming towards you is clear, however the DDoS threat isn't in my eyes, the mute should suffice for him to learn his lesson. If you have further evidence of the DDoS threat feel free to post it here to be taken into account.

I agree #1Chef in this, a 48 hours Mute should be enough, the DDoS threat even thought it looks like that it's not clear as threat cause you only show him saying "DDoS?" which could be merely a question and not a threat, if you have more screenshots about this then the punishment might probably change.
