You've shared your name in-game before on that ign in rooms publicly, and it's your forum name, so I don't see this as sharing personal information without consent. In terms of the flaming, not serious enough for me, sorry. If he continues with this behaviour and flames more seriously feel free to report him again and maybe then a punishment will be placed.
