Go with the time, move the chat to it's own channel, rooms to it's own channel and so on (I can make a design).

They've given away nearly $500 or more to CW players since the past 6 months. If a developer got paid even half of that amount, they'd probably get a lot of things done in a short amount of time. It's all about priorities—pay toxic people to cw (not everyone, but yeah) or improve the server and consequently, the player count.

developers and lets not forget advertising on social media such as youtube ads and what not.
maybe even hire people who can make ads to show it off.

also if the game gets some more reputation it may be viable to consider overhauling the textures and everything to be higher to be up to date.
