Is this supposed to be some horroralike themed thingy? I found it pretty scary (skipped some parts)

He made this composition with the goal of creating what an ocular migraine would sound like, I was given the goal to make a video based on that.

I wouldn't say scary is what I am going for here, but rather visceral; not emotional but animalistic.
