The word can be used multiple ways, often to emphasize a word (usually insult).

2x unnecessary use of the word cancer:

I don't consider really serious, maybe the "cancer" word and the way he uses it is a bit annoying, I don't think this worth more than this so the user is muted for 24 hours.
