What could staff do to improve?

What should us staff to do improve? Evaluate us and think how we could improve. Anyone that says Aim.com or anything in that nature will get infracted.

Whenever I go ingame I get egoed because of who I am(Almight Asianthunder) then when I try to be friendly they just carry on spitting in my face, I mean really am I that mean? Also my buddy NitroAnon aka Nitrogen has also experienced hatred many times ingame and forums also.

Well, now being (Temporary, or permanent, who knows) part of the staff, I won't do any suggestions, because -at least, I hope- I think we're doing a good job.

However when making your forum moderator application, I believe did state something about forum mods being disliked overall, so that is something we could've forseen.

A. Many gunz players are pretty retarded.
B. I Suppose not everyone liked the fact that super mods etc where nitpicking on applications over small spelling mistakes.

I say lets stop making such a big deal about peoples opinion and not target them because they don't believe what you believe

Edit: I've noticed from experience and from what I've seen people get dogged on for what they believe/think and its really irritating. Staff does it sometimes but mostly users.
