What could staff do to improve?

I'm pretty confused at this moment, because the ToS says: "ego will result in a warning or a ban." but i'm not seeing this happen wich i find...odd?
if we simply stick with the ego rule again, the immature kiddo's get banned. and the serious people stay online.

well is it me, or i see people egoing like madmans everyday on the forums...?
maybe that's why we need more mods.

This staff isn't that bad actually. If you've ever played d4rk9unz and you've ever tried to even contact their staff, they're pretty much unreachable. I enjoy how staff here is active and at least tries to manage the server. Although the following are some things I believe you guys can improve on:

1. I know staff positions can be stressful, but it's not an excuse to act like you're not part of the staff for a given time then go back to doing it.

2. Advertising. I think we might need to have another trailer contest or start advertising on other sites to get more people into this server. At max after server crash I've seen 102 people online. Although that is a good number, compared to the number 1 server there are about 500-700 at one time. Granted, most of them don't speak English, I'm sure we'd like some of their donations. I'm not talking about paying money for an actual net ad, I'm just saying either make friends outside of the server to spread the word around or post on gaming portal forums.

3. Events. They would help boost "server morale", so to speak. The longer people are on the game, the more addicted they become.

4. I've realized some of the staff members have problems with each other. I suggest you guys find a way to resolve your differences to make this "workplace" a better place for you to be more comfortable at, as well as being able to communicate toward the efforts of empowering the server and it's community.

5. Other than that, I think you guys are a great staff and keep up the good work We do appreciate the work you guys put into the server and you are what keeps Freestyle Gunz alive and running.

TwisT, when I'm ingame people are always telling me to host an event. That thing is that trial gms arent allowed to host events D= . Also, we do need to make another trialer to get more players to join.

Okay first of all

The staff here are to dry, They never make jokes.
Look at stroop, He's messing around with people and making people happy, and what did he reach with it? an Admin Spot, Yes.
Maybe some of you people would remember when almost everyone hated Superdry because he was dry and never messed around with us. When he made more contact with me and other people I liked him, Because he messed around with us till he stopped with it again, Then we all sudently starts to hate Superdry again. Then he starts with it again messing with us changing our shouts in the shoutbox and other stuff telling on msn. More people would like Superdry by messing with us. and more of these staff members would need to do this. and yes i'm talking about ALL of you guys. Jakanadin, NitroAnon, AsianThunder and Kyuu (who's Hellish?) you guys are just not having fun with us because you think this job needs to be done with mature, NO wrong wrong wrong, I think lots of people left because the staff wasn't funny.

And this is just one part of why you guys should change and i'm going to let it end here.

ps: Superdry no offence that I talking about you, but you where just the perfect story in the story of my opinion.

errr personally i think you guys are too strict you absolutely try to make everything perfect example your posts don't waste your time with correcting most of your mistakes since no one care there. Now some people will say it's their job... But still... it's only a gunz forum... your not at school... let's get back on 'too strict' everyone here makes a good job but some of the staff member are infracting people for useless things or for jokes that they don't like... for example... i have posted a video of 2 turtles having sex and i got infracted for it... i thought it would be funny and many member found it funny. =_= it's not like if i have posted p0rn things >.< it's only 2 turtles...
also when someone pm a staff for something important it would be nice if they respond and don't ignore the member =_=
