Reviewing the whole reason you started thinking he was macroing when he merely spammed taunt and one of the ranged weapons keys, it's some pretty ez to do in and outside Infected mode, and regarding what you say that it's actually macro here "Dagger Fast Attack" it's legit and normal he merely spams left click, this is something easy to do and perfect if you constantly practice with a speedy dagger, and besides, if he was macroing fast attack he would have problems to climb since the macro applyes to fire button so it would make him hard and difficult to climb or dash in midair with weapon switch, and this is not the case, all I see is a skilled user that spams click when using dagger and plays nice and good whether he was a zombie or a human.
