Patch problem :(

hey admins i got a question for you i downloaded it properly and everything the game but when i patch the last patch it says you need 1 more patch thingy so i let it go then it says it will restart the launcher and it never does what do i do? do i reinstall it?

Keep it off then reinstall, and then run launcher as administrator.

Try to turn of Firewall/Antivirus.
Try to put gunz on the expetion list.
Try to run as Administrator.

Actually no. Since he had the antivirus running it might of deleted files so he should turn the antivirus off and then reinstall.
