Reason: Shotbot/Macro.
Besides of the fact that it's K/D in the match isn't normal (he killed 60+ and not even 10 deaths?), seemingly he uses a SB hack or at least a Macro but he had some rs fails and a weapon stuck, I doubt he's actually a high skilled player.
