It says access denied, im admin on my pc and its in the exceptions in my firewall / antivirus. What more can i do?

it usually occurs due to the internet, in V7 I too used to have the Problem but it was happening Due to my Internet I simply Turn off my Router for 30 sec and then Turn it on and it FIXED the problem
if it will not work Try Port forwarding

run gunz as admin btw

have u tried deleting config.xml (it will delete your settings like mouse sens, keybinds etc btw)
if that doesn't work reinstall

Maybe something breaking a hook , or memory leak handle, not sures

Didn't work, reinstall worked. But now the problem is back. Its quite ****ed

Also could be your Network Interface Card..TCP Offload Engine kinda thing?

not sure what transport mechanism is used for connecting to the server, probably tcp, maybe UDP

maybe try updating your network interface card drivers if you have one
if that is integrated on the mobo, i never seen much about it, but its easy to research
