In what way do you believe he's unlegit? Hitbox? Shotbot? UC? There's so many hacks and ways to be 'unlegit' , which one do you think he's using?

No sign of hitbox.
User has 116 ping, which means he never hits your character from your POV. as you can see in each round he slightly hits near the character out of your POV. which means the character is in his crosshair at the point he shoots. the damage output seems fair compared to the pellets he hits. I vote for a NO.
Waiting for fellow GMs to give their opinion. please be patient, do not bump your thread all the time.

It's a no from me as well, I think Legancy explained everything there is to say about this, due to the ping it looks like he's not hitting your character and doing damage but it's just the distance ping effect. Nothing to say about the damage either, seems accurate for the output.
