The rainbow (200 coins) dash includes all the normal dashes which can be found at the donation shop, while the VIP random dash (150 coins) includes the normal dashes + the dashes that can be found at the event shop + a rainbow dash.
In short, VIP random dash has more colors than the rainbow one.
