Will there be a complete Item List for the new Cosmetic Box?
Are the items fixed to a certain Gender or are they unisex?

That wouldn't be wise. I hope they give out drops for both genders like they do with Cat in the Hat. 122 unique drops would already require 2440 coins, so one can't expect people to gamble for a specific item of a specific gender with a chance of 1/244 or 0.4%.

It's probably around 80% female and 20% male.

It doesn't care whether or not you already have an item.
