[Help - Other] Ain't even starting

I've download and installed the game step by step.
When I hit the game some weird things says that it doesn't exist and such.
Tried running it as administrator, added both file and launcher to exception list and the anti-virus is disabled.
Still can't get the launcher popped up.

What should I do ?

Do you not get anything to pop up at all or do you get an error message?

The only reason it's being deleted is because of the antivirus (which was supposedly fixed in the last patch). Perhaps your Windows Defender is enabled alongside the third-party antivirus program, in which case you should disable that as well. Do you have Windows 10 Pro?
