It's a no from me.

No glitchy movements, his gameplay wasn't slow, it was actually fast. His damage was fine because most of his shots were PBs since he was always trying to come close to his his enemies. Couldn't fine anything abnormal, just short range shots which dealt a lot of damage.

Fast gameplay and no weird movements like Ommadawn said. Close range style that lets him do alot of damage to be honest.\
