2 problems here, not everyone speaks hebrew so not everyone will understand what it says in your screenshots,. and not everyone has your antivirus to do exact steps that you show in those screenshots.

Mmmm no, first of all... all I see there is one antivirus, Avast, which isn't like for example Nod 32, Norton, McAfee, AVG or any others, and second option 2, yet how can we know what it says there in your second option if we don't speak hebrew? also that programs aren't 100% same in every way in everyone's pc, for example in mine NOD 32 isn't like exactly same as in other's pc, lots of programs have some changes depending on windows or any operative system, my NOD 32 might show me the Turn off option as last and in my laptop appears first in the order so... No
