Ok so a long time ago I changed my resolution to "borderless", now I wish to return to full screen. However, when I do that the game crashes and it restarts in the borderless mode, I've re-installed already, it re-installed itself borderless aswell. I've tried to change the resolution along with the 1920x1080 thing, as my screen is 1920x1080 now. Whenever I try to JUST change the resolution "1920x1080" or w/e it crashes aswell.

Open config.xml (in your FGunZ folder), look for something like <FULLSCREEN>2</FULLSCREEN>
Change that number to 0, 1 or 2 to try the different modes. You can also set your resolution there (but setting your resolution via ingame options should work, too - as long as you don't set it to 16 bpp).
Alt + Enter is also a windows shortcut to switch between window and fullscreen mode. Try that if nothing else works.

Problem solved. User had no write permissions in C/Program files x86/.
Moving the FGunZ folder to a different location (Desktop, Downloads) fixed it.
