Before anybody jumps on my case I've already had a little search and still cant find anything helpful.
So I've already tried allowing fgunz through my firewall in various ways, the program, the folder, creating a folder and allowing it though firewall to then install fgunz into, still didnt work.

17:02:15:255 [ZUpdate] This file is must restart : '.\PATCH\Launcher.exe_'
17:02:15:259 [ZUpdate] Move patch files successfully complete.
17:02:15:263 [ZUpdate] ERROR : Cannot move patch files.
17:02:15:267 [APP] ERROR - Update fail
17:02:15:272 [APP] Updater error message :

Invalid CRC from the downloaded patch file. : .\PATCH\Gunz.exe_
[Tip] Please check your anti-virus program and firewall running on your system.

These are the only error messages i seem to be stick on, to me it may as well be a different language, just kinda hoping somebody can shine some light. My anti virus is "Trend Micro Maximum". If anybody has experienced the same error and resolved it I would love to hear how.

TMM security is a pile of shit, remove it and then you'd be able to update successfully.

I haven't used any protection for 6-7 years now, just don't download any suspicious files that may contain trojans but if you still want to have one, MBAM free version is fine and doesn't eat up much CPU/RAM, it detects gunz as trojan for the false-positives it has but at least you can whitelist it there and update successfully.
