    Hello,

I am playing this game for a quiet long time and I am enjoying it. One problem that buging me is my FPS. It goes from 60 - 250 fps, (sometimes better, sometimes I can't even play). From time to time I disconnect automatically from server.

I have wifi for years. about 3 - 4 years ago I started to play and it was all good till about 1 year ago or so. My fps went crazy, tried everything. My router is about 3 - 5m away from my laptop point.

    Any help would be appreciated.

    Thanks, Luka

Your internet connection (probably) has no connection to the framerates youre experiencing. What are your computer specs?

Disables any background services. That might've been the one that cause you to have frame drops. Also launch Gunz in Windowed Mode and monitor the CPU & Network Usage in Task Manager.

Since using a Archetype and Whitemaps is pretty common. I suggest you using that. My old computer is running pretty good with only 2GB DDR3 @ 664MHz RAM, ATI Radeon HD 4200 (384MB), AMD Athlon II X2 B28 3.40GHz & running Windows 7 x86 (32-bit)

Kronix - I will try with white maps and I did disable some of background services.
Thanks for advice, we will see if this can help.

Traumatiser - Yeah, i have laptop, and it's old about 1 year and 6 months.

Serpento - I am not really good with computers so I hope that is right answer below.

its a laptop go into control panel and make sure power options is on high because laptops have this issue when its on high it should use full power of your graphics card.

    What Traumatiser said.
Plus maybe the laptop gets too hot and throttles itself.
