Incase you didn't know: Rewards aren't sent out instantly.
Rewards are sent out every day at 00:00 CET / 03:01 CET.

Might be smart to add a timer on the forum or website with a timer till rewards send out (so people stop "complaining"), a lot of MMORPGs have these 'timers till new reward' icon or text.
