Not all melee items have the same delay. The Katana X has 329 delay and Blades of the Warrior has 260 delay. Shadow vane (dagger in ijji) had 326 delay, which is what Zefard is trying to recommend.

Yeah currently there are some 326 daggers in the game but with lower damage. Lowest delay sword is 329 with much higher damage and lowest delay daggers are 326 so if there was to be a lucky box dagger in balance 326 delay would be correct. Not to mention the sky blocks, block taps and block tap mass and just straight up normal slashing so we cant even get close advantages. Having a 326 delay 21 damage dag wouldnt make them op since all those counter measures from a K-style perspective can still be done.
