    I play on a shitty pc i know that but when i put the setting on High and get 100 fps why do i get the same fps while on low... isn’t suppose to give me more fps if on low...
    Idk if u can do something about it but thank u anyways.
    Why do all legends die young?

    the game is very old and changing settings from high to low changes very little in comparison to newer games, which is why youre not gonna feel much difference.

    Low and high quality settings only makes a huge difference on extremely low-end computers.
    On high-end computers the difference FPS wise will be insignificant.
    It's a terrible thing, I think, in life to wait until you're ready.
    I have this feeling now that actually no one is ever ready to do anything.
    There is almost no such thing as ready. There is only now.
    And you may as well do it now. Generally speaking, now is as good a time as any.

    Which in my case i have an extremely low-end computer and in getting any better fps its the same.
    Why do all legends die young?
