After reviewing the replay, I do not believe this user is hitboxing or aimfixing. As you claimed, the ping is fine so there is no lag between you two.

The only difference is your weapons as you claimed. This user is using LB and LB X against your Genesis and Ponytail.

The difficulty was watching the replay and remembering the hit moments and non-hit moments. I watched your HP and saw that when the user hit near your body (about a body length), you did not lose HP or get hit.

If the user had hitbox, that type of spray could have hit you and dealt 10+ dmg. This user does RS and hit you more often than not. I just think he is a better player with better aim.

My answer is the user is not hitboxing.

I will wait on other GM's opinions.

Damage/pullet hits were normal, the user has a good aim. Other things are explained by Bulba above.

Looking at the replay I see nothing suspicious. When he is missing he doesn't deal any damage to you. If he did there was certainly a hitbox involved.
A very good player indeed.
