hmm for a second i give a 7/10..
Good things:
render blends withing the background, text fits.
bad thing:
it looks to simple

tips: try using a lightning effect..
Filter > Render > lightning effect > Omni > place it on the background where the render stands, and do the same at the render ^.^

Also try to use photo filters,
if you don't know how to use them, use google.

The background looks kinda repeated, try to add more effects like little sparkles or maybe some c4d's.

I could give a million points of advice on this sig, but the thing that strikes me most and what is in my opinion most important is that for me the render does not act as a focal point, which means too much distraction, bad placement, and too small for me.

Try to take this into consideration and I bet you'll improve greatly =]

Work on depth and effects.
Try using Blue / Sharpen
Try using Gradient maps/Solid colors/Photo filters. < very USEFUL

Pick a white soft round brush of 100px
Click on the body of the rnder
Make the opacity of that layer 60-70 max
