Try save the map + textures, then reinstall GTK 'n fsrad and all the other stuff.
Then try to -fastlight again if that ain't working your pc might suck.

I already tried that.. and my pc doesnt suck because i can just play normal games on it without lag.. games like L4D 2 etc...
